Let Hari take you on a journey – a journey back to his childhood spent growing up in Chennai, India, cooking with his family. You will hear tales from his past, learning the inspiration behind The George’s delicious menu. Discover what life was like working in a fast-paced three-Michelin star restaurant, as Hari takes you through his successful career as a professional chef, including anecdotes from kitchens across the globe, from Dubai to Singapore, America and the Cayman Islands.
